Shibuya High Roller is built to be fun, fair, and healthy. We are a free-to-play social casino with no real money and no cash-out. You can never win or lose real money. Even so, we take responsible play seriously, and we build safeguards into the core of the product rather than treating them as an afterthought.
For fun, not for money
Every game in Shibuya High Roller is played with free virtual Coins, never real currency. There is no real-money wagering, no prize of monetary value, and no way to cash out. Coins refill on a timer and top up with a daily bonus, so you never have to spend a cent to keep playing. Slot and casino outcomes are produced by a random number generator and are meant for entertainment only.
Tools that put you in control
- Spend limits: set daily and weekly caps on how much you can spend on Gems. When you reach a cap, purchases are blocked until the period resets.
- Cooling-off: take a temporary break. While a cooling-off period is active, purchases are paused. Cooling-off cannot be shortened or reversed before it expires.
- Self-exclusion: exclude yourself from purchases and ranked play for a set period. Self-exclusion is honored and cannot be lifted before the period ends.
- Lifetime spend dashboard: see exactly how much you have spent, any time, in your profile.
You can set these controls in the app under Profile → Play responsibly. They are enforced on our servers, not just in the app.

Shibuya High Roller is only for adults 18 and older. We verify age at sign-up and store only a confirmation that you are of age, never your date of birth. We also restrict the Service to eligible U.S. states.
